Community Housing Improvement Program (CHIP)
Community Housing Improvement Program (CHIP) is an association of about 4,000 responsible owners and managers of over 400,000 rent-stabilized rental properties across all five boroughs in New York City. CHIP empowers property owners to provide quality, affordable housing and to build thriving communities.
Nyserda
Clean energy can power New York while protecting the environment. The New York State Energy Research and Development Authority, known as NYSERDA, promotes energy efficiency and the use of renewable energy sources.

Con Edison was founded in 1823 as the New York Gas Light company, our electric, gas, and steam service now provide energy for the 10 million people who live in New York City and Westchester County.
Department of Buildings (DOB)
The DOB promotes the safety of all people that build, work, and live in New York City by regulating the lawful use of over one million buildings and construction sites. With a focus on safety, service, and integrity, the Department enforces the City’s Construction Codes, Zoning Resolution, and the Multiple Dwelling Law.
Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC)
DEC combines all state programs designed to protect and enhance the environment into a single agency. The department has 24 divisions and offices and is further organized into bureaus to fulfill the functions and regulations established by Title 6 of New York Codes.
